The cafe locations get coffee on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so it's best to visit on Wednesday or Friday and check the roast date on the bag. Their main plant doesn't have a coffee shop, but these folks are very accessible. I had a nice chat with the operations manager and Jess, the master roaster. She even invited me to their weekly cupping, but I couldn't make it.
